We Provide
Consultative Cardiology
At The Heart Center, we see men and women with a personal or family history of cardiovascular disease, as well as men and women who need specialized, advanced, or comprehensive cardiovascular care.
We provide comprehensive cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment for conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart attack, heart rhythm disorders, heart valve conditions, and blood vessel disease. In addition, we provide inpatient and outpatient management of chronic cardiovascular conditions.
For those who have not been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease and are at risk due to aging, family history, lifestyle choices, or other factors and for those who have been diagnosed with an early-stage cardiovascular condition, we offer preventive cardiology. If you have a family history of cardiovascular disease, were previously or are currently a smoker, have been diagnosed with diabetes, or are over 40, sedentary or overweight, and looking to start a new exercise program, we offer cardiovascular risk assessment and counseling.

Cardiovascular Care
We provide high-quality, comprehensive cardiovascular care for all of our patients and members. We do so in an open environment where our staff members listen and learn, so we can provide you with personalized care. In addition, as a patient of The Heart Center, you can expect:
- Consultative care during hospitalization by Dr. Green or a member of The Heart Center team of covering providers.
- Telephone calls are answered directly by The Heart Center staff during normal business hours.
- Prescription renewals within one business day.
- Access to The Heart Center educational resources, online patient portal, and healthcare and nutrition blog.
- Coordination of care with your preferred primary care provider and other healthcare specialists.
- Urgent lab and test results were provided within 24 hours.
- Ability to schedule telehealth visits.
- Access to your secure, online patient portal.
